Terms for using etail.me as a creator, buyer, or developer.

Use etail.me lawfully, respect intellectual property, and do not abuse checkout, downloads, platform APIs, or agent integrations.

Creator and buyer responsibilities

Creators are responsible for product rights, accurate descriptions, fulfillment promises, taxes, refunds, and buyer support.

Buyers may access purchased content only through the account, receipt, or signed download path provided by etail.me.

Do not bypass paywalls, probe private dashboards, overload APIs, or use automation outside granted scopes.

etail.me may suspend access, withhold payouts, or remove content when we detect fraud, abuse, illegal products, or policy violations.
