etail.me processes account, product, order, payment, and integration metadata to operate storefronts, deliver purchases, prevent abuse, and provide support.
Data we process
We process account identifiers, storefront profile data, product metadata, order records, payout and refund metadata, support requests, API keys, OAuth consent records, and integration connection metadata.
Private files and paid content are delivered through signed access paths; public storefront, product, docs, legal, blog, changelog, search, and status pages are crawler-visible.
Processors and vendors
Stripe processes checkout, Connect, billing, identity, payout, dispute, and refund data where those payment features are used.
Google may process OAuth identity data when a user signs in with Google or connects Google-owned integrations.
Resend processes transactional email metadata and delivery events. PostHog and Sentry may process product analytics, diagnostics, and error telemetry when enabled. Cloudflare may process storage, caching, security, and media delivery metadata.
Controls
Users can update account data, disconnect integrations, revoke API keys, and request support for export or deletion where legally available.
We retain order, ledger, tax, security, and abuse-prevention records as needed to operate the service and comply with legal obligations.
